About Me
Hi, I'm Rachelle! I recently graduated from The Florida State University in May, 2014 with a degree in Interior Design (as you can see from my silly tree-hugging, chin-up holding graduation pictures on the left). Did you know, FSU's Undergraduate Interior Design Program was ranked #5 Most Admired in a national survey ranking among programs of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and industrial design?! It's kind of a big deal! I am so honored to have had the challenging and educational experience that comes with such an admired program. To see more about FSU's Interior Design Program, click here.
Okay, I'm done bragging about my school! This Seminole Girl was born and raised in sunny South Florida! Last summer, I had the amazing opportunity of studying abroad in Florence, Italy with FSU's Interior Design Program! If I could describe my trip in one word, it would be 'priceless'. Traveling and living abroad was an experience of a lifetime that I hope I get to do again! I was also fortunate enough to do some personal travel after my stay in Florence. My time abroad really opened my eyes to the world and inspired me as a designer, and as an individual, to see things differently. Below are some pictures from my trip abroad with my fellow Interior Design students. Some of my passions and hobbies aside from Interior Design (and traveling) include nature, fitness, laughter, herbology, sustainability, yoga, literature, sewing, feminism, tea, crafting, cooking, and my cat, Bootsie! I hope you enjoy looking through all of the projects and pictures I have uploaded. Please feel free to connect with me via email! Ciao!
