First Year
The Interior Design Program at FSU is a four-year program. The way the program works is that they only accept 40 students into the undergraduate program each year! Super competitive! To get accepted, you have to be selected to continue in the program based on the projects you submit from the ones completed in the required Interior Design classes from that first year. Those projects are put on display to represent your design potential at what is called, the "First Year Review". Even though the professors evaluating these projects knew the project descriptions and criteria, the projects on display had to speak for themselves with a strong concept and good craftsmanship, especially because we weren't allowed to be at the review to speak for them! This collection of work took place my Freshman year before I was accepted into the Interior Design Program from the Fall Semester of 2010 to the Spring Semester of 2011. Spoiler alert, they accepted me!
